NYC Hostage Standoff

Officials are currently handling a hostage standoff at the American Civic Association who offers help to immigrants. Four people have been reported dead and another 12 hurt. Officials believe that about 41 are being held hostage. The shooter is described as an Asian male with a high powered rifle. More to follow......
