Houses Passes Revised Bailout Bill

BREAKING NEWS: The House has passed the bailout bill already approved by the Senate on Wednesday by a vote of 263 - 171.

BEHIND THE NEWS: With the passing of the bill, President Bush has signed the bill allowing the U.S. Treasury to receive $700 billion over the next few years to purchase troubled mortgage. Only $250 billion is released immediately.
